I would highly recommend this course to others. I have completed many first aid courses but this is the first where I have been able to practice using a defibulator. The group quiz before the exam was a fun and helpful way to recap on the many sections covered throughout the day. I am pleased with my exam score and the ability to see instantly which question I got wrong. Thank you.

Liz presented clearly and at a pace that was appropriate for the course. There was sufficient humour that it never felt a chore, and overall it was an enjoyable day.

The location is ideal for small groups to learn with plenty of space for demonstration. The instructor was thorough and happy to answer questions and go back over topics
